Job Summary
To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Vice President of Sales will define and lead the sales strategy, establish a new outbound sales channel for Enterprise and Midmarket customers, and collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the full sales playbook, including outbound motions and competitive strategies
- Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team while overseeing existing sales and account management teams
- Leverage modern sales technologies and analytics to enhance sales processes and optimize performance
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a VP or Head of Sales role
- Proven success in building a sales function at companies within the $15M-$100M ARR range
- Direct experience selling learning/HR technologies into enterprise markets
- Experience with both direct enterprise sales and higher-velocity mid-market sales
- Strong expertise in leveraging sales technology to drive efficiency and revenue growth
