Job Summary

Leading a team of Directors and Account Executives, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to drive net new revenue growth while optimizing sales processes and collaborating across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets from mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, focusing on talent acquisition and development
  • Establish and optimize sales processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and performance across the sales organization
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-tech or SaaS company targeting mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding net new revenue growth targets
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with experience in building effective sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and analytics for performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives
