Job Summary
Driving North American sales initiatives, the full-time Vice President of Sales will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with internal groups to enhance customer acquisition for ERP, EAM, and field service solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets
- Develop and coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology
- Engage with key client accounts and establish long-term business relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline; MBA or master's in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions
- Proven track record in complex sales at the C-level with a collaborative approach
- Previous P&L responsibility and experience leading a high-performing sales team
