Job Summary
Leading the Mid-Market and SMB new logo sales teams, the hybrid remote Vice President of Sales will drive revenue execution, coach a team of five Account Executives, and implement structured sales processes to achieve significant growth through 2027 and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and close new logo pipeline for Mid-Market and SMB segments, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Develop and coach sales representatives through structured 1:1s, focusing on skill enhancement and performance accountability
- Implement sales processes and forecasting cadences to provide clear visibility to executive leadership while maintaining Salesforce hygiene
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with experience in complex sales cycles and consultative selling
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing Account Executives with individual quotas of $300K to $800K
- Proven success in selling to C-Suite or equivalent in complex B2B SaaS deals with long sales cycles
- Strong command of structured sales methodologies and the ability to coach effectively in the field
- Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed company, demonstrating accountability and speed in operations
