Job Summary
Driving aggressive revenue growth, the remote Vice President of Sales will lead the PBM sales strategy, negotiate high-stakes deals with various stakeholders, and cultivate relationships to capture market share while managing a team focused on client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the PBM sales strategy to meet and exceed annual growth targets
- Target and win accounts from legacy PBM competitors by effectively positioning the company's value proposition
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for top accounts, including complex contract negotiations
Required qualifications
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years of direct sales experience in the PBM, digital health pharmacy, or health insurance sector
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas
- Established network of national and regional benefits consultants and brokers
- Strong understanding of PBM mechanics and pricing models
