Job Summary
To drive new-logo growth in a remote environment, the full-time Vice President of Sales will manage a small team, oversee the sales pipeline, and directly engage in closing deals while launching the ConnectOS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own new-logo bookings and full-cycle pipeline generation across healthcare and manufacturing sectors
- Coach and develop a team of three account executives while maintaining sales process discipline
- Design compensation plans and set quotas in collaboration with the CEO, focusing on named target accounts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build new-logo pipeline from scratch, rather than just managing renewals
- Experience in a lean, capital-disciplined environment
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes and accurate forecasting
- Familiarity with AI-augmented sales strategies and experience selling to operations, HR, or workforce management buyers is a plus
