Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the remote Vice President of Sales will own the entire sales function, managing a balanced revenue split between direct provider sales and indirect reseller/referral channels while focusing on building a scalable revenue engine through effective forecasting and strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and upgrade a team of Account Executives and outsourced vendors, establishing clear accountability standards
- Engage in strategic deals and partner sales to ensure the team meets revenue targets consistently
- Implement a data-driven sales process and maintain rigorous forecasting models
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of building pipeline and driving new business in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales processes and CRM rigor
- Experience in assessing and improving sales team performance through coaching and talent upgrades
- Ability to operate in a player-coach capacity, balancing leadership with hands-on involvement
- Experience in healthcare SaaS or similar workflow-driven environments is preferred
