Job Summary
Leading the Strategic and Enterprise sales efforts, the remote Vice President of Sales will manage and develop high-performing teams, define go-to-market strategies, and ensure deal quality while driving significant revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams of Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives, overseeing sales strategy and execution
- Drive deal quality and execution, providing support and coaching during the sales lifecycle
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a coaching culture to enhance team performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles for Strategic or Enterprise sales teams
- Proven experience in building and scaling sales teams that close complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in legal or workflow-intensive sectors
- Demonstrated ability to teach and inspect sales best practices across teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain focus on outcomes while fostering team discipline
