Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the U.S. commercial sales strategy for CAR-T therapies, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will build and scale a high-performing specialty sales organization, drive successful product launches, and maximize market penetration across various treatment centers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy for CAR-T therapies targeting autoimmune diseases
- Build and lead a specialty sales organization to support product launches and revenue growth
- Establish relationships with key neurology stakeholders and drive customer engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience
- At least 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience with national specialty sales teams
- Proven success in launching and commercializing specialty, rare disease, or oncology therapies
- Deep understanding of specialty reimbursement and patient access dynamics
