Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales, the full-time leader will design and execute a global sales strategy, build a high-performance sales organization, and actively engage in key opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global sales strategy across various market segments to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales organization, focusing on coaching and continuous improvement
- Act as a player coach by participating in pipeline generation and deal execution, particularly for strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling teams and achieving revenue targets
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, preferably within the Salesforce, DevOps, or data management ecosystems
- Demonstrated expertise in modern sales methodologies and strong command of CRM tools
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level leaders in strategic conversations
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for exceptional candidates
