Job Summary
Leading a high-impact sales organization, the full-time Vice President of Sales will drive ambitious growth in the Logistics Service Providers sector across North America, overseeing two teams while shaping go-to-market strategies and revenue execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 60+ sellers and account managers
- Own the go-to-market and revenue strategy for North America Broker/Forwarder Enterprise Systems and LSP segments
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to enhance campaigns and drive innovation
Required qualifications
- Executive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS (VP or Senior Director level)
- Deep domain expertise in technology solutions for Logistics Service Providers
- Proven success in driving enterprise software sales within the Broker/Forwarder market
- Experience leading large, geographically distributed sales organizations (50+ people preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to achieve 15-20%+ annual revenue growth
