Job Summary
Leading the North American sales strategy, the full-time Vice President of Sales will manage a high-performing sales team, develop sales initiatives, and engage with key client accounts to drive revenue growth in the ERP, EAM, and Field Service sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets
- Develop and coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology, collaborating with marketing and sales management
- Analyze sales effectiveness and manage the sales budget while establishing long-term relationships with clients and partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business; MBA or master's in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions
- Proven track record in complex sales at the C-level with a collaborative approach
- Previous P&L responsibility and experience leading a high-performing sales team
