Job Summary

To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will manage a team of Account Executives, develop strategic target accounts, and lead the commercial launch of ConnectOS while implementing scalable sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Own new-logo bookings and execute full-cycle pipeline generation strategies across healthcare and manufacturing
  • Coach and mentor a team of Account Executives while ensuring accurate forecasting and effective sales execution
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for ConnectOS, improving and scaling AI-enabled sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, including 3 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of building new-logo pipeline from the ground up
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Experience using Salesforce, MEDDPICC, or similar sales processes
  • Comfortable in a lean, high-accountability environment
