Job Summary
Leading the commercial expansion across North America, the full-time salaried Vice President of Sales & Business Development will build and manage a high-performing sales team, oversee the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across North America
- Own the full sales cycle strategy, from prospecting to deal closing and onboarding
- Develop tailored engagement and go-to-market strategies for high-value prospects
Required qualifications
- Fluent English required
- Over 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles in B2B payments or fintech
- Experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the North American payment ecosystem
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
