Job Summary
Leading the enterprise sales strategy for new client acquisitions, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, drive large-scale transformation deals, and ensure sustained revenue growth across the hybrid IT portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients across key verticals
- Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals, including prospecting, solution development, proposal generation, and contract negotiation
- Establish and nurture executive relationships with C-level business and technology leaders, positioning the company as a strategic partner
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services with a proven track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a consultative, complex sales environment
- Demonstrated success in large deal pursuits, including solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
