Job Summary
To profitably grow the retail financing business in auto, the remote Vice President of Sales, Auto will develop and execute corporate sales strategies, secure transformational partnerships, and monitor success metrics to achieve origination targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement the auto retail financing go-to-market growth strategy and sales roadmaps
- Identify and secure high-value OEM, dealer group, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve products based on market feedback and partner needs
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in a growth leadership role within an OEM, lending business, or merchant distribution network
- Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious KPIs for a sales team
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate ROI against strategies
- Experience in driving the adoption of new credit programs and digital retailing opportunities
- Positive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a startup atmosphere
