Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales Development to lead their global SDR organization and manage pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee global SDR pipeline creation targets with a focus on quality metrics
  • Develop and manage three SDR managers to enhance team performance
  • Execute the allbound model integrating inbound qualification, outbound targeting, and ABM plays
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in sales development, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Experience managing multiple SDR motions, including inside, field, and international
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline quality and understanding deal progression
  • Strong collaboration experience with Marketing on account-based strategies
  • B2B SaaS background is required; experience in finance or CFO-adjacent domains is a plus
