Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales Development to lead their global SDR organization and manage pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee global SDR pipeline creation targets with a focus on quality metrics
- Develop and manage three SDR managers to enhance team performance
- Execute the allbound model integrating inbound qualification, outbound targeting, and ABM plays
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales development, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience managing multiple SDR motions, including inside, field, and international
- Proven track record of improving pipeline quality and understanding deal progression
- Strong collaboration experience with Marketing on account-based strategies
- B2B SaaS background is required; experience in finance or CFO-adjacent domains is a plus
