Job Summary
Vice President of Sales Enablement is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading the strategy and execution of sales enablement, analytics, and competitive intelligence across life insurance and annuities, while developing high-performing teams and collaborating with various departments to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales intelligence and enablement strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Lead and develop teams focused on sales analytics, competitive intelligence, and training initiatives
- Oversee the design and delivery of sales enablement programs and performance analytics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, analytics, or business intelligence within life insurance or financial services
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong background in sales operations, reporting, and performance management
- Experience supporting national distribution teams or wholesalers
- Proficiency in advanced analytics and reporting tools, including CRM systems
