Job Summary
Leading the enterprise sales enablement strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales Enablement will oversee cross-functional programs and tools to enhance sales effectiveness, support client retention, and drive revenue growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise sales enablement strategy, including tools, learning systems, and success measures
- Manage budget and resource allocation across enablement functions to ensure effective execution and scalability
- Lead teams in creating SBU-specific enablement strategies and cross-SBU go-to-market alignment to achieve revenue objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven project management skills with experience in driving organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization and build stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience reporting to executive leadership
