Job Summary

Driving revenue productivity and execution excellence, the full-time salaried Vice President of Sales Enablement will manage sales enablement strategies, onboarding programs, and performance management frameworks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and develop Trustwell's sales enablement strategy, including onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives
  • Lead forecast governance processes and performance reviews in partnership with sales leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and alignment with company growth objectives
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment focusing on sales effectiveness or strategic revenue initiatives
  • Proven success supporting revenue organizations exceeding $50M ARR
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experience with modern revenue technology platforms such as Salesforce and Clari
