Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for a global Sales Engineering organization to achieve corporate growth objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Presales Solutions team while overseeing talent management and resource planning
  • Partner with Sales leadership to shape deal strategy and ensure effective execution throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced credentials beneficial but not required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software, technology, or enterprise solutions environments
  • 5+ years of successful leadership in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally in a global organization
  • Strong strategic acumen with a proven track record in influencing revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Expertise with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
