Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for a global Sales Engineering organization to achieve corporate growth objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing Presales Solutions team while overseeing talent management and resource planning
- Partner with Sales leadership to shape deal strategy and ensure effective execution throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced credentials beneficial but not required
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software, technology, or enterprise solutions environments
- 5+ years of successful leadership in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally in a global organization
- Strong strategic acumen with a proven track record in influencing revenue growth and operational excellence
- Expertise with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
