Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Engineering for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performance Sales Engineering team across North America and LATAM
  • Drive KPIs for win rates, deal cycle velocity, and expansion influence while partnering with Sales leadership
  • Engage with C-level executives to translate AI capabilities into business impact and lead technical strategies for complex deals


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical GTM leadership in AI/ML or enterprise software
  • 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing Sales Engineering teams
  • Deep expertise in Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI
  • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid/on-prem architectures
  • Proven success in influencing C-level executives and winning complex enterprise deals
