Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Engineering to lead their Americas pre-sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a multi-level Sales Engineering organization across the Americas region
- Define and execute the technical sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Establish and operationalize best-in-class pre-sales processes to improve win rates and sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in leading large, geographically distributed Sales Engineering organizations
- Deep expertise in networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies
- Experience with formal sales methodologies and driving disciplined sales execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
