Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Engineering to lead their Americas pre-sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a multi-level Sales Engineering organization across the Americas region
  • Define and execute the technical sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Establish and operationalize best-in-class pre-sales processes to improve win rates and sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in leading large, geographically distributed Sales Engineering organizations
  • Deep expertise in networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies
  • Experience with formal sales methodologies and driving disciplined sales execution
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
