Job Summary

Leading the Sales Engineering team remotely, the full-time Vice President of Global Sales Engineering will develop strategies to enhance pre-sales support, drive revenue growth, and ensure exemplary technical expertise in customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a vision for the Sales Engineering team, fostering accountability and a growth mentality
  • Lead Regional Sales Engineers Managers to exceed performance targets and align closely with sales for success plans
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise through demonstrations and training, while collaborating on sales strategy and product direction
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales engineering within the cybersecurity market, specifically in SIEM/Security Analytics
  • Demonstrable sales leadership experience in high-tech enterprise software sales
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends and key competitors
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM/XDR technologies and knowledge of scripting languages like Python/Perl
  • Proven ability to conduct Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations effectively
