Job Summary
Leading the strategy for sales growth and agency relationships, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales Management will develop and execute sales initiatives, oversee key distribution partnerships, and drive performance metrics across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and communicate the strategic vision for sales culture and go-to-market strategies across business units
- Lead engagement with key distribution partners and cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders
- Oversee the design and implementation of agency compensation plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of progressive leadership experience in insurance sales or distribution
- Advanced insurance designations (CPCU, CIC) preferred
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and effective relationship-building skills
