Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead its go-to-market organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead the Sales & Marketing organization
• Establish and execute the go-to-market strategy to optimize agency partner sales production
• Enhance internal Voice of the Agent infrastructure and develop external brand positioning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales/business development/marketing experience with a proven track record
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong record of developing sales talent
• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading a multi-disciplined sales and/or marketing function in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for strategic planning and budgeting
