Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual sales planning processes including quota setting and territory alignment
- Build and maintain robust forecasting frameworks and collaborate with FP&A for revenue data
- Oversee onboarding, training, and performance coaching programs for sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Proven leadership in scaling multi-segment, multi-product sales organizations
- Experience overseeing RFP or proposal operations for enterprise sales teams
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and other sales technologies
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
