Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own annual sales planning processes including quota setting and territory alignment
  • Build and maintain robust forecasting frameworks and collaborate with FP&A for revenue data
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance coaching programs for sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven leadership in scaling multi-segment, multi-product sales organizations
  • Experience overseeing RFP or proposal operations for enterprise sales teams
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and other sales technologies
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
