Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in driving sales performance through operational leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM and BI tools
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in building or scaling sales operations in a high-growth environment is preferred
