Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in driving sales performance through operational leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM and BI tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in building or scaling sales operations in a high-growth environment is preferred
