Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Sales Enablement function, including onboarding and training for all GTM roles
  • Own the full revenue operations stack, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and metrics
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure GTM alignment and drive operational consistency


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a Director/VP capacity
  • Proven success in scaling a high-performance GTM organization, ideally in enterprise software or defense technology
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build models and interpret data
  • Experience coordinating with DoD customers or international defense partners is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment and building processes from scratch
