Job Summary
Driving sales productivity and operational excellence, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales Operations will oversee sales operations, implement scalable processes, and act as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure revenue targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team, including Sales Ops, Enablement, Deals Desk, and Analytics functions
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency
- Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales and other departments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, or Finance, with at least 5 years as a Vice President
- Deep expertise in sales operations and revenue processes within a SaaS or subscription business model
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales enablement technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and compensation frameworks
