Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency, the full-time Vice President of Sales Operations will establish global sales strategies, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and evolve the global sales operations strategy to drive predictable revenue growth
- Optimize enterprise-level sales and customer service processes, identifying and leading transformation initiatives
- Oversee the global sales operating cadence, including forecasting frameworks and performance management standards
Required qualifications
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales operations or revenue operations in global environments
- Demonstrated success in leading global, multi-region organizations
- Deep expertise in global sales processes and operating model governance
- Strong enterprise-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
- Proven capability in enterprise transformation and change management
