Job Summary
Driving strategic growth initiatives, the remote Vice President of Sales Support will lead presales excellence, client engagement, and market positioning efforts for healthcare payers, focusing on developing customized solutions and enhancing win rates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end presales lifecycle for large-scale payment integrity opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions
- Conduct executive-level client presentations and serve as a trusted domain expert during sales cycles to expand market share and increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and refine value propositions to strengthen competitive advantages and drive client engagement
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in presales, business development, or consulting within healthcare or technology-led services
- 5-7 years of experience in payment integrity, including clinical audits and claim reviews
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare payer business and relevant regulations
- Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes client conversations and develop compelling proposals
