Job Summary

Seeking a visionary product leader, the full-time Vice President of Salesforce Product Management will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, leading a team of product managers and collaborating with engineers to drive impactful product initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Craft a bold, multi-year product vision that aligns with the future of Salesforce and AI-powered enterprises
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class product organization focused on DevOps, data management, and security
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring capabilities meet customer needs and market demands

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 3+ years in building and leading product management teams
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in metadata and deployment processes
• Proven track record of shipping successful DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products
• Strong strategic vision combined with operational execution skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse audiences, including customers and stakeholders
