Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Scientific Services to lead and scale the scientific function within a medical communications organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the overall scientific strategy and vision across all medical communications programs
• Ensure consistent scientific excellence, accuracy, and compliance across deliverables and therapeutic areas
• Lead, mentor, and develop scientific teams while serving as senior scientific counsel to clients

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in medical communications or a related agency environment, including senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading scientific teams and managing complex portfolios
• Deep expertise in translating clinical and scientific data into strategic communications
• Experience driving business growth, including new client acquisition
