Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Service Delivery operations team to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract and SLA management, and strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders while supporting the sales team in service delivery configurations


Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a Travel Management Company
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement and contact center management
  • Strong knowledge of ACD Technology, Workforce Management Systems, and GDS systems
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage change and build effective teams
