Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Delivery operations team to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Manage vendor relationships, contract and SLA management, and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders while supporting the sales team in service delivery configurations
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a Travel Management Company
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and contact center management
- Strong knowledge of ACD Technology, Workforce Management Systems, and GDS systems
- Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage change and build effective teams
