Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a Travel Management Company
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and contact center management
- Strong knowledge of ACD Technology, Workforce Management Systems, and GDS systems
- Proven ability in strategic planning, financial modeling, and workforce optimization
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing change and exceeding budget objectives
