Vice President of Service Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the management of multiple Directors of Service Delivery, the full-time remote Vice President of Service Delivery will oversee client relationship management, develop strategic initiatives, and drive operational improvements within the revenue cycle team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and leadership of Directors of Service Delivery to achieve key objectives
• Develop and deliver presentations to client executives, communicating updates on revenue cycle performance
• Partner with internal teams to align operational objectives and enhance performance across hospital organizations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 8 years in a management role
• Proven expertise in revenue cycle management and operational performance improvement
• Experience in strategic development and relationship management with key client counterparts
• Ability to act as a change agent and foster collaboration across diverse teams
