Vice President of Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Servicing to lead and scale their asset servicing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing servicing team, managing performance and fostering continuous improvement
• Oversee all aspects of portfolio servicing, including payment processing, investor remittance, and operational controls
• Own the servicing budget and drive initiatives to optimize cost structure while ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in revenue management or financial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep understanding of servicing processes for multiple asset types
• Proven track record in implementing servicing platforms and workflow automation tools
• Experience in high-growth environments while managing multiple priorities
