Vice President of Software Delivery

Job Summary

Leading delivery outcomes for all engagements within a designated market, the remote Vice President of Software Delivery will manage client relationships, oversee onshore/offshore delivery transformations, and ensure compliance with delivery standards while driving financial performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes and client management for all engagements in the assigned market
• Execute onshore/offshore delivery transformations and ensure new engagements align with the target offshore model
• Serve as the senior delivery executive for key clients, supporting account planning and managing client risks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional services delivery leadership experience, including 3 years at a senior leadership level
• Demonstrated accountability for delivered revenue of $30M+ within a defined market
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure/cloud transformation delivery
• Proven experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models across distributed teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal-level delivery validation and risk assessment
