Vice President of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering who will drive technical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the company's technical strategy in collaboration with executives
• Lead and mentor engineering leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver high-quality SaaS software
• Work with product management to define technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience leading global Software Engineering teams and managing the software development life cycle
• 15+ years of experience in designing distributed software systems and executing strategic objectives
• Experience in building SaaS software using major cloud hosting services like AWS, Azure, or GCP
