Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering team across multiple locations, overseeing a significant business portfolio
• Develop and execute a cohesive technology vision and architectural roadmap for engineering and software development
• Collaborate with executives to implement the Retail Technology vision and deliver next-generation retail solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role within the retail solutions sector or a tech company
• Experience managing large engineering teams (100-250+)
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud systems and leading technology providers
• History of developing large-scale solutions, including next-gen POS applications and IoT systems
• Comprehensive understanding of industry security standards and PCI certifications
