A company is looking for a Vice President, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement an API-first, scalable platform architecture and own EMR integration strategy
• Lead AI-native product development by embedding AI into provider workflows and automating operational processes
• Build and lead a high-impact engineering team while establishing development practices that balance speed with reliability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, with a player-coach approach preferred
• Proven track record of building and shipping production systems
• Deep expertise in AWS and modern cloud architecture
• Experience designing APIs and integrating with complex external systems, particularly in healthcare
