Job Summary
Leading a diverse engineering organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Software Engineering will oversee architecture, delivery, and operational reliability across multiple product lines while managing teams in different geographical locations.
Key responsibilities
- Run three product lines as a unified engineering organization, ensuring predictable delivery and documented service ownership
- Own and modernize the delivery path through infrastructure-as-code, governance, and reliability metrics
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, ensuring specialist capabilities align with the roadmap and fostering retention in a changing environment
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in software engineering with at least a decade in leadership roles managing multi-team organizations
- Experience with distributed-systems and platform architecture ownership at scale
- Proven delivery within regulated environments such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, or ISO 13485
- Expertise in modern delivery engineering practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Credible technical leadership experience in AI work within a regulated setting
