Vice President of Solution Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Solution Services to lead solution design and business analysis for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project leadership, management, and quality for Solution Services teams
• Collaborate with PMO and Technical Services to ensure successful project execution and delivery
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• 10-15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution architecture leadership
• Proven success in leading solution design and business analysis teams in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of utilization, revenue, margin, and estimation disciplines
• Experience operating effectively in matrix organizations
