Job Summary

To lead and expand a global pre-sales organization within a dynamic enterprise software environment, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions will manage a team of Solution Engineers, enhance technical sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through improved customer engagements and conversion outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a global team of Solution Engineers, overseeing technical discovery, demos, POCs, and proposal development
  • Standardize and optimize pre-sales processes to improve win rates and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment from sale through implementation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing global pre-sales teams
  • Proven ability to improve sales performance metrics through structured processes
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud-based platforms and enterprise architecture
