Job Summary

Leading the pre-sales strategy and technical sales execution, the remote Vice President of Solutions will manage Solutions Engineering and Technical Sales teams to drive revenue and articulate value for a B2B SaaS organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the pre-sales organization to support B2B SaaS sales efforts
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align pre-sales strategy with revenue goals and go-to-market initiatives
  • Own technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept strategy across the sales lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or pre-sales roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing pre-sales or technical sales teams
  • Strong background supporting complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders
  • Experience building scalable pre-sales frameworks, metrics, and enablement programs
