Job Summary
Leading the pre-sales strategy and technical sales execution, the remote Vice President of Solutions will manage Solutions Engineering and Technical Sales teams to drive revenue and articulate value for a B2B SaaS organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the pre-sales organization to support B2B SaaS sales efforts
- Partner with Sales leadership to align pre-sales strategy with revenue goals and go-to-market initiatives
- Own technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept strategy across the sales lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or pre-sales roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing pre-sales or technical sales teams
- Strong background supporting complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise customers
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders
- Experience building scalable pre-sales frameworks, metrics, and enablement programs
