Vice President of Solutions

Job Summary

Leading technical client-facing functions across North America and Latin America, the full-time salaried Vice President of Solutions will manage Solution Engineering, Implementation Engineering, and Technical Success Management teams, driving operational excellence and fostering long-term technical relationships with enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technical solutions and implementation strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational objectives
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring high-quality onboarding, API adoption, and compliance alignment
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to support enterprise deals and enhance technical engagement, increasing conversion rates and accelerating service deployment

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in payments, card acquiring, ACH processing, or financial technology roles
• 8+ years of experience leading technical organizations such as Solution Engineering or Implementation teams
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payments landscape and strong understanding of Latin American payment systems
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience working with C-level executives
