Job Summary
To lead and expand a global pre-sales organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions will manage a team of Solution Engineers, enhance technical sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through improved customer engagement and conversion outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of Solution Engineers, overseeing technical discovery, demos, and proposal development
- Standardize and optimize pre-sales processes to improve win rates and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and align pre-sales strategy with revenue objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales leadership within enterprise software, including 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven success in building and managing global pre-sales teams
- Strong technical foundation in cloud-based platforms and enterprise architecture
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders in complex enterprise sales cycles
