Job Summary
To lead and expand a global pre-sales organization within a dynamic enterprise software environment, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions will manage a team of Solution Engineers, enhance technical sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through improved customer engagements and conversion outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow a global team of Solution Engineers, overseeing technical discovery, demos, POCs, and proposal development
- Standardize and optimize pre-sales processes to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment from sale through implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales leadership within enterprise software environments
- Demonstrated success in building and managing global pre-sales teams
- Proven ability to improve sales performance metrics through structured processes and cross-functional alignment
- Strong technical foundation in cloud-based platforms, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
