Job Summary
Leading a centralized pre-sales organization, the fully remote Vice President of Solutions will drive technical sales strategy, manage a distributed team of Solution Engineers, and establish standardized processes to enhance sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a team of Solution Engineers, ensuring high-quality technical discovery and execution of demos and proofs of concept
- Establish standardized pre-sales processes to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize competitive positioning
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS environments, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 15-20+ solution engineers or pre-sales professionals
- Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, cloud ecosystems, APIs, and emerging AI-driven platforms
- Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience with RFP processes, security considerations, and capacity planning in regulated environments
